This company has ZERO compassion for it's dying patients. Most of the staff are rude and act like the equipment you are requesting is coming out of their own pockets!!!

The nurses are always in a hurry, making the patient feel less important.

They can and will stop your services just like that, without your knowledge. Then they will have the medical supply company come out to remove your equipment, again, without your knowledge! This is difficult on a sick parent! The stress this put my Mom through was horrific!

I will spread the word to NOT go with Heartless Hospice. There are several, BETTER companies to go with.

Please don't put your loved one through the stress that my Mother went through.

Exactly! Heartless Hospice

i called hospice because i have cancer that has gotten into my bones which is very painful and sometimes can't even walk. they said they would manage my pain which they didn't.

i am already taking 20 mg hydrocodone 4 times a day and some days it does nothing to help the pain. i asked for something stronger. every thing they gave me was in such low doses that it did nothing and was even less of pain reliever then i was already taking. the las was 2mg tabs of delaudid which did nothing i asked for 4 or 8 miligrams and they refused.

what's the point of taking something less then what i was taking? i am dying and in pain and hospice refused to help with the pain but gave me such low doses that it did nothing and refused to up increase the dosages. my question is why? my heart is still strong my blood pressure is ok and all other things about me are ok except for the pain.

they managed nothing. nurses were coming here almost every other day making their paychecks yet doing nothing for my pain. they installed oyx equipment i did not need just another way to charge the government for unnecessary stuff. all they seem to worry about is their pay checks and doing nothing of use for a patient in pain.

they all acted and talked nice but as far as doing their jobs of helping with pain they did nothing. my pain management is the only reason for contacting them in the first place and they could not even do that.
